Five ways to stay healthy and strong.

                       Five ways to stay healthy:

  • Eat fruits and vegetables for smoothies, fresh drinks and even sometimes dinner.
  •  Spend more time outside running, cycling and exercising.
  • Do activities at home when bored.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Stay fit and go out more, or even discover a strange creature. Just as long as it's something to do.
