Tall Girl

Earlier today, rooms 4,5 and 3 watched a  PG movie named Tall Girl. It's about a girl named Jodie with two best friends by her side because she is the tall girl. She said herself that she wears converses in men sizes. "Beat that. "

Anyway, a new exchange student named Steve came along as Jodie's huge crush. Her friend gets jealous when he came because he had a crush on Jodie. Now, he is trying to get rid of Steve throughout the movie.

Soon after, Jodie tries to get Steve's attention with the help of her sister. She won pageant every year since she was six. And she gets granny's allergies. She helps her by styling her up a bit.

Later on, Jodie is now involved in a girl's war. She tries to get out of it but couldn't after she and Steve kissed each other on the bus. Quite gross, huh?

At the end of the movie we will see Jodie and her friend kissing each other in the night. By the way, if I hadn't add this part at the beginning Jodie's friend carried a basket around with him. Jodie asked him why and her friend was like, "So, it was the right time." He emptied it and gently put it down beside Jodie and made his way on it.

And... I suppose you kind of know what happened next. That's the end!

Dry Land Water Safety

Today, my class and I had Caleb to talk about water safety. He told us about different and important things about what we need if we're going out to a beach or a lake and why.

It's all too simple. We started off by talking about the safety things to learn on the beach. Like, keeping an adult or parent to be supervised at all times, sunblock, hat, towel and some spare clothes to finish off. Well, you know of course.

Caleb also told us to identify a rip. A rip is some sort of current going on and when you think you got caught in one you lie down and float while your hand up wide in a fist. Caleb explained the example to us and to never wave your hand around. The lifeguard thinks your acting silly in the water.

Caleb is a great, funny guy. I explained about the reasons and all that in a hilrious way of his. He's fun talk to and maybe he'll come back next year. Well, sooner or later.
